Limitations on workflows initialization

Several simultaneously running workflows involving the same document can affect the performance of your Bitrix24.

Due to this fact, since May 25th, 2017 you cannot simultaneously run more than two workflows involving the same document. This limitation is applied to new clients by default.

To our old clients that have been using Bitrix24 before the specified date, the following limitations are applied:

  1. commercial plans subscribers can simultaneously have up to 20 running workflows involving one document.
  2. free plan users can simultaneously have up to two running workflows involving one document.
    Please note: this limitation depends on your current plan. For example, if you can simultaneously run not more than two workflows involving one document and want to upgrade your plan, you will still be able to simultaneously run only two workflows after upgrading.

These limitations are not applied to Bitrix24 On-Premise users.
