How to create multiple dialogs with Bitrix24 Support
To contact a support specialist in the Bitrix24 On-Premise version, the administrator needs to enable the setting.

If you can't find the Bitrix24 Support chat
1. Check if you are an account administrator on your profile page.
2. Make sure you do not have a Partner Support connected. In this case, you need to find a support chat with your partner and ask him or her for advice. Go to the My plan - Support.
How to activate Partner Support
If you have connected Partner Support, Bitrix24 Support is not available.
You can contact Partner Support or return to Bitrix24 Support. To do this, disable Partner Support on Subscription - Support24 page.
