Bitrix24 Sales Center lets you send SMS messages with links to information pages, payment pages, or CRM web forms. This helps you guide customers directly to the next step in the sales process.
How it works
- Go to CRM > Sales > Sales Center.
- Set up an SMS provider. Choose one of the recommended providers or install another option from the Bitrix24 Market.
Twilio integration - Open the SMS enabled payments section and configure the payment systems you want to use.
- Open a CRM item form (for example, a deal or invoice).
- In the timeline, click SMS > SMS enabled sales.
- Select the page you want to send, such as a payment options page.
- Edit the message if needed and send it.
The customer receives an SMS message with a link to the selected page.
