The Sales trends report shows the percentage of deals that have been won or lost within the selected reporting period. Also, you can track the sales volume changes using this report.
How it works
First of all, select fields and specify their values to filter deals by. If you need to add more fields, click the Add field button.
For each employee, initial and repeat deals are counted.
The first two columns show the amounts of deals that have been won or lost within the selected reporting period.
Conversion and Losses columns show the percentage of deals that have been won or lost within the selected reporting period.
Dynamics column shows how the amount of won deals has changed comparing to the previous reporting period.
Poor: dynamics <= 0%
Not bad: 0% <= dynamics <= 10%
Good: 10% <= dynamics <= 30%
Great: dynamics > 30%
