Reporting period in CRM
To access this report:
- Go to CRM.
- Expand Analytics.
- Select Sales funnel.
- Expand the Clients section.
- Select Top Grossing clients.
Hover over a column to see detailed statistics on a client's deals.
In the Top grossing client deals table, you can find:
- Client: Name of the contact or company.
- Total deals: Number of deals during the reporting period.
- Won: Number of won deals.
- Value: Total value of won deals.
- Conversion: Percentage of won deals.
