Transfer knowledge bases

You can transfer your knowledge bases from one Bitrix24 account to another. All you need to do is to export a knowledge base from one account and then import the knowledge base archive file to another one.

Go to Company > Knowledge base section > select a knowledge base you want to transfer > click Actions > Export.

Then click Export to create an archive file.

Click Download to download the zip file.

Log in to another Bitrix24 account. Go to Company > Knowledge base section > click the cogwheel button > Import knowledge base.

Done! Now you can use the transferred knowledge base.

Important:
  • Knowledge base import is available at any Bitrix24 plan.
  • Knowledge base export is available at commercial plans only.
  • Only the knowledge base itself, its structure and design are exported.
