Configure access permissions to Bitrix24 Market applications

Bitrix24 Market applications are available to all Bitrix24 users after installation. You can grant access permissions to work with the application to specific employees or departments.

Only Bitrix24 account administrator can configure access to Market applications.

Go to Bitrix24 Market section - More - Installed apps.

Select the application and User access option in the menu - click on the dots.

Specify the users or the departments that will work with the application and click Select.

The list of users who have access to the application is displayed on the right side of the settings window. Other employees will not have access to this application.

To deny access to the application, click the cross icon next to the user.

If no users are listed, the application will be available to all employees.

Some applications or their features can only be accessed by administrators. These limits are set by the application developers.

Employees who do not have access to the application will see an error if they try to open it.
