CRM.Payment is now available in mobile CRM. Contact your client, accept payment, and track its status in the mobile app anywhere at any time.
How CRM.Payment works
Follow these steps to accept payment in CRM:
Open a deal in mobile CRM and tap the Receive payment button.
Select Payment only on the slider.
Check the product list. Tap on + to add more products if necessary. Then tap Continue.
You will see the list of connected payment systems. Turn on the toggle switch to skip this step in the future.Currently, you can configure payment systems in the web version only. Read more in the article - Connect payment systems in the Sales Center.
Finally, send a payment link to your client via SMS.
After that, you can go back to the deal form. Payment details will be displayed in the Deal records section.
Also, you can resend the payment link to your client if they haven't received it for some reason. Click the three dots button and select Send link again.
In the deal timeline, you can always check the message and payment statuses.
