Bitrix24 Support specialists are constantly processing requests one after another. We receive a large number of spam messages. As a result, support specialists don't reply on time to requests where their help is needed urgently.
Due to these reasons, you can now contact support from only one place: Help widget. Click on the Question icon to open the Help widget.
Scroll the widget to the bottom and click the Ask question button.
A special chat will open. Enter your request.
If you can't find the Bitrix24 Support chat
- Check if you are an administrator of your Bitrix24.
- Make sure you do not have a Partner Support connected. In this case, you need to find a support chat with your partner and ask him or her for advice.

Check possible causes related to authorization.
