Set a standard profile view for all users

The user's profile page shows all the information about an employee, such as contact details, date of birth, position in the company, etc. You can configure a set of fields in the profile with the help of the standard profile view.


How to set a standard profile view for all users

Only account administrator can create new fields in the users' profiles and set a standard profile view for all employees.

Open the Profile page.

Select the field from the list or create a new one. You can edit or rename any field if necessary.

Create custom fields on the profile page

Scroll down the page to the bottom and click Standard profile view - Set as standard profile view for all users.

Employees can use a standard profile view or configure their custom view. If a user clicks Reset profile view, the system will set the profile view to the one selected by an administrator.
