You can access Bitrix24 from any device by default. If needed, limit access by allowing only specific IP addresses. This helps block login attempts from unknown locations.
Only account administrators can set IP restrictions.

To set up IP restrictions:
- Open account settings by clicking the toggles icon.
- Go to the Security tab.
- Expand Restrict access by IP address.
- Click + Add.
- Select an employee or a department.
- Enter an IP address or an IP range that can be used to log in.
To add more users or IP addresses, use the button in the bottom-right corner. Save your changes when done.
IP restrictions do not apply to administrators. They can log in from any IP address.
Employees can now log in to Bitrix24 only from the IP addresses you specified.
