Invite Bitrix24 Partner

There are lots of tools and features in Bitrix24, so it may be hard to figure out how to configure them. You can invite certified Bitrix24 Partners to your account. It is a safe and easy way to have someone implement Bitrix24 for you while you can concentrate on your business.

Presently, you can only invite a partner with Gold or Silver partner status.

How to invite a Bitrix24 Partner

To invite a partner to your account,

  1. Select a partner and send them an implementation request in the Bitrix24 Partners section on our site. Alternatively, you can contact a local partner directly or send a request to

  2. Discuss all the details with your Bitrix24 Partner and sign the contract.

  3. Ask the partner for their email address and use it to invite them to your account.

We will check that the entered email address belongs to Bitrix24 Partner. After that, they can start working on your Bitrix24 account.

Also, you can grant Bitrix24 Partner permissions to an existing account user. In this case, we also check if this user is a registered and certified Bitrix24 Partner.

Features of Bitrix24 Partner as a user of your Bitrix24 account:

  • Can be invited only to Bitrix24 Cloud account.

  • Has to enable two-step authentication.

  • Has administrative rights with some limitations.

  • Can change a company structure: invite, edit, and dismiss employees of Bitrix24.

  • Cannot give admin permissions to other users, dismiss other administrators, or edit their profiles.

  • Cannot disable two-step authentication for Bitrix24 employees.

  • Is not included in the total number of users, which depends on your Bitrix24 plan.

  • There can be a total of 10 active partners in Bitrix24, but they should all belong to the same partner account.

  • Cannot invite partners from different partner accounts.

  • If the 11th partner is invited, it will be suggested to dismiss somebody from existing ones. Then another partner will be added.

  • If a user has been dismissed, you can hire them back and grant Bitrix24 Partner permissions.

  • Bitrix24 Partners can only receive consultations if they use a client's Free account or NFR license to contact Bitrix24 Support. Such inquiries are not processed by Bitrix24 Technical Support specialists.

There is a special mark Bitrix24 Partner next to this user in the Employees list.

How to try any Bitrix24 plan

Bitrix24 account administrators can activate the free 15-day trial with the Professional plan.

If you need to try any other plan, contact a Bitrix24 Partner. They can activate the free 30-day trial with any plan you want.

If you are a certified Bitrix24 Partner, but cannot activate the free trial for your clients, ensure that the following conditions are met:
  • Your client's Bitrix24 account is on the Free plan.

  • The 30-day trial hasn't been activated by a partner before. Partners can activate the trial only once per client.

How to dismiss a Bitrix24 Partner

When the Bitrix24 Partner finishes their job, you can dismiss them.

If you need help again, you can hire this partner back to your Bitrix24. To access the list of dismissed users, go to the Employees section and apply the Dismissed persons filter.
