Transfer knowledge bases

Transfer your knowledge bases from one Bitrix24 account to another. The transferring process consists of two main steps: export and import.

Step 1. Export your knowledge base

Knowledge base export is available on commercial plans only.

To export a knowledge base,

  1. Go to Company and open the Knowledge base tab.

  2. Select the knowledge base you want to transfer, click Actions, and select Export.

  3. Then click Export to create an archive file.

  4. Click Download to save the zip file on your computer.

Note that only the knowledge base itself, its structure, and its design are exported. It does not include any files, documents, or videos from your Drive if you've added them as internal links.

Step 2. Import your knowledge base

Log in to another Bitrix24 account and follow these steps to import a knowledge base:

  1. Go to Company and open the Knowledge base tab.

  2. Click the gear button and select Import knowledge base.

  3. Then click Upload and select the downloaded file.

  4. Wait until the loading is complete.

Done! Now you can use the transferred knowledge base.
