Password recovery

In case you forgot your Bitrix24 password or your password is not accepted by the system, you can always reset it via the special form.

To recover your password, you need your account login: email or phone number. If you don't remember it, contact your Bitrix24 administrator.

Password recovery in Bitrix24 Cloud version

On the login page, click the Forgot password? button to start the password recovery.

Depending on your login type, you can recover your password via email or phone number.


Password recovery via email

Enter the email address you used to log in to Bitrix24 and click Next.

You will receive a password recovery email. Open it and click the Reset password button.

Why haven't I received my password recovery email?

First, make sure to check the Spam folder of your email service.

If you use your own email domain, add no-reply@bitrix24.net to the whitelist. This email address is used for sending system messages when you request password recovery.

You will see the new password creation form. Make sure you type in the new password correctly twice. Then click the Change password button.

What does the "Incorrect check word" error mean?

If this error occurs during password change, it means you made multiple recovery requests and used an old check word. To successfully change your password, follow the link from the last email and set a new password for your account.


Password recovery via phone number

If you used a mobile phone number when registering in Bitrix24, enter it in the form.

You will receive an SMS with a 6-digit code. Enter it in a special field.

Then you will be prompted to create a new password.


Password recovery in Bitrix24 On-Premise version

To recover your password, click the Forgot your password button.

Enter your username or email address and click the Reset password button.

You can also contact your Bitrix24 administrator to reset your password in the control panel under Settings > Manage users.
