In Bitrix24 chat, you can send messages to yourself. This is useful for saving drafts, creating notes, or keeping track of important links and information.
Messages in this chat are private, visible only to you. Other users cannot access them.
You can use this chat for notes in both the web version and the mobile app.
To find the chat on the web:
- Go to Messenger.
- Click on the search bar.
- Select Notes in the Recent chats section or find yourself in the chat list.
To find the chat in the mobile app:
- Go to Messenger.
- Tap the search icon.
- Find yourself in the chat list.
