In Bitrix24, you can import and export products to manage your catalog. This helps when you first set up your account, update product data, or transfer information. For example, an employee can import new products from a vendor file or export the catalog for accounting.
Go to CRM > Settings > Inventory access permissions.
Grant employees the permissions they need:
- Start product import: Allows users to upload a product list from a file and add it to the catalog. Use this to upload new products in bulk or update prices and descriptions.
- Start product export: Allows users to export products to a file with all properties and prices. Use this to share data or create a backup of your catalog.
Save your changes. Employees will then be able to import products into the catalog or export them to an Excel file.

In the On-Premise version of Bitrix24, you can also use "Manage product import" and "Manage product export". These permissions let users configure file formats and map fields during import and export.
