A sales plan is a tool for a company that aids in managing cash flow and tracking employee performance.

To configure the sales plan:
- Go to the CRM section > Analytics > Real time analytics > Sales funnel.
- Select Sales plan tab in the left menu.
- Click Configure sales target.
Select a target period: month, quarter, half-year, or year.
Decide whether to display total sales or the number of deals.
Select the view by employee, by pipeline, or company-wide.

Assign targets for each employee. To add more employees, click Add more.
Save the changes and start tracking the employees' progress.
To control access to the sales plan:
- Go to the CRM section > Settings > CRM access permissions.
- Adjust the access level when editing an employee's role.
Other basic reports are available in the CRM analytics section, providing insights on sales, customers, manager efficiency, and more.
