After creating a product catalog, set up your payment systems. By default, Bitrix24 includes Internal account, Cash, and PayPal as payment options. You can also integrate other payment systems if needed.
To view and manage your payment systems:
- Go to Sites and stores.
- Click More.
- Expand Payment systems and Delivery.
- Select Payment systems.
To add a new payment system:
- Click New payment system.
- Choose a handler. You can select from the following payment systems:
- Cash: The customer pays the courier in cash upon delivery.
- Payment forward (cash on delivery): The customer pays for the order at the post office when the package arrives.
- PayPal: The customer pays online via PayPal.
You'll need a PayPal Business Account to use this option.
Register a PayPal Business Account
- The handler name and payment system fields are completed automatically. Add a description if needed.
- Click Apply. The Restrictions tab will appear, where you can set limits by payer type, price, delivery method, and more.
- Click Save.
Depending on the selected payment system, you might need to enter specific handler data.
Connect payment systems in Sales Center
The new payment system will now appear in your online store’s checkout process.
