Get Bitrix24 marketplace apps support

If you need support or have questions on apps installed from our Marketplace, please contact our partner - the app developer directly. There 2 options to get app support contacts:


1. From our website.

Open our website Marketplace page. Find the app (you can use categories or search). Go to App Support section to find app developer contacts.

2. From your Bitrix24 account.

Alternatively, go to Applications in your Bitrix24 account. Open the app and go to Support section. 



Please do not contact Bitrix24 Helpdesk with questions regarding Marketplace applications. Such questions are handled by app developer only.
