Telephony Credits

Telephony credits are used for:

  • Outbound calls

  • Inbound calls to 1-800 / toll free numbers

  • Call forwarding - considered as outbound calls (can be disabled)

  • Call transcript services (can be disabled)

  • Phone number rental services

 

Telephony credits are NOT used for:

  • Commercial subscriptions (Plus, Standard, Professional)

  • SIP-Connector subscriptions

  • MarketPlace App subscriptions

  • Face Recognition services

 

Telephony credits can be purchased only by users having admin level access permissions.

To place your order, log in to your Bitrix24 account, then proceed to: Telephony > Balance and Statistics.

Bitrix24 also offers a very useful Call transcription service as a paid add-on. If you choose to use it, funds will be debited from your telephony account after each call. To view transcription price list, please refer to the following page

Telephony services are provided by VOXIMPLANT, a Zingaya, Inc. company. Telephony credits are non-refundable, non-transferable. Calling rates for outbound calls and prices for phone number rental services can be changed without prior notice.

By default, the automatic balance top-up option is enabled for Telephony credits. Telephony credits are used for outbound phone calls and phone number rental services. If the credits balance falls below the USD 3.00 (EUR 3.00) threshold, or falls below the amount required for renewing your monthly rental services for your phone numbers, your credit or debit card or PayPal account will be charged automatically to top-up your Telephony credits balance. You will be charged for the same amount you last topped up your Telephony credits balance with.

The automatic balance top-up option for Telephony credits can be disabled inside your Bitrix24 account, here: Telephony > Telephony Settings > Auto top-up. 

Please note that every new manual balance top-up re-enables the automatic balance top-up option.
