The menu sections are united into groups.
Collaboration section
This section can be collapsed. All the teamwork tools are located here by default:
- Feed
- Chat and Calls
- Calendar
- Online documents
- Bitrix24.Drive
- Webmail
- Workgroups
You can add or remove tools or change their order by dragging them with the mouse.
Tasks and Projects
In this section, you will find such tools as:
CRM
This section has a completely new structure:
- Inventory tab includes Product catalog and Inventory management.
- Customers tab includes Contacts, Companies and Contact Center.
- Sales tab includes Invoices, Quotes, and Sales center. All the tools for sales are combined into one section.
- Analytics tab includes Sales funnel, Bitrix24.BI Analytics, Call analytics, Report Wizard and others.
- Smart Process Automation. If you have already created smart processes, they will all be collected in a new section. In case you haven't used this tool yet, you can find it in the Settings.
- Settings tab includes CRM settings, My company details, Access permissions, CRM.Payment, and CRM.Delivery.
Marketing
This section remains unchanged. The standard set of tools for working with the customers is available to you.
Sites and stores
This section includes the following tabs:
Company
In this section, we have combined tools directly related to the company activities:
The Lists tab has been moved to the Automation section.
Automation
The new section of the main menu brings together all the tools for business automation:
Applications
This section can be collapsed. It includes Market and installed applications. You can also see a new tab - Developer resources.
Subscription and Settings sections remains unchanged.
We tried to make the menu more compact and logical in operation, but if necessary you can also add items you need or change their order.
