Services in CRM

Bitrix24 supports both products and services in CRM. Services do not include variants and are not used in inventory management. You can quickly add services to deals, invoices, and other CRM items.

Services are available on all current Bitrix24 plans.


Create services in the product catalog

  1. Go to CRM > Inventory > Product catalog.
  2. Open the Create menu and select Service.
  3. Services cannot be imported.
  4. Fill in the required fields and save the service.

The Availability field is not available for services.

You work with services the same way you work with products. You can:

  • Add them to CRM items
  • Display them in documents
  • Use them in automation rules
