Services in CRM

Every day more and more companies are beginning to provide services. In this update, we made services as a separate type of products. Services have no variants and are not used in the inventory management. Now it is much easier to create deals, invoices, and other entities with services.

The services are available on all current Bitrix24 plans.

Create services in the product catalog

Go to the Product catalog section. Select Service in the Create button menu.

It is not possible to import services.

Fill in all the required fields in the form and save the changes.

The process of working with services is the same as with products. They can be added to CRM entities, displayed in documents and used in automation rules.
