Use advertising audiences in CRM marketing to create personalized offers on Google AdWords and Facebook.
The principle is very simple - you choose a segment and connect an advertising audience. Bitrix24 transmits the list of contacts, and all the other actions take place on the side of the chosen advertising service.
Let's look at two different examples of advertising campaigns:
- a reminder of the brand to a wide audience
- mailing to a narrow audience with a call to buy
It is necessary to set up an advertising campaign and audiences on the side of the advertising service beforehand:
- Google.Adwords - a client list is needed.
- Ads in Facebook - Individualized audience is needed.

How to create an advertising audience
Let's take the example of creating an audience for advertising in Facebook. Go to Marketing section and open the Facebook Ads block.
Click on the Select segment and add customers from CRM.
Synchronize your ad account.
After that you can create a new audience for advertising or add clients to an existing one.
When all the settings are done, click save.
In the window that appears, select when to start the synchronization: now, later, manually or schedule. Click the save button again to confirm.
After synchronizing the customer database from the CRM with an advertising service, your account will have an advertising audience.
