My calendar

Plan your working day/week/month with a Bitrix24 calendar. All the events you've created and you've been invited are collected in one place.

My calendar

Why do you need a personal calendar

My calendar will help you plan personal events and joint meetings with colleagues.

This calendar differs from Company Calendar. You can manage your schedule and won't get confused among your company's events.

Read more information in the article: Company calendar.

How to work with the personal calendar

Go to the Calendar section of the main menu and click My Calendar. Add events and invite your colleagues to work together or meet informally. You will be able to specify the event name, time and location, as well as set reminders.

Read more information in the article: Add event to calendar.

To view upcoming and past events in the calendar, set the layout you prefer: by day, by week, or by month. The Schedule mode will display only your upcoming events for each day. The Invitations button will display a counter with the number of unaccepted events where you have been invited.

You can configure synchronization of your Bitrix24 calendar with other services: Google, Microsoft or iCloud. You no longer need to constantly check each calendar, all your events will be in one place.

Read more information in the article: Calendar synchronization in Bitrix24.

How to configure your calendar

Configure your personal calendar to determine what events and tasks will appear on it.

Read more information in the article: Calendar settings.

If necessary, configure flexible access permissions to your calendar. Set up access, and be sure employees see only the data they need.

Note that administrators see all events of employees' calendars regardless of the access permission settings.
