Add your own webpages to the Chat enabled sales online store and send them to your clients right in the chat.
Go to Sites and stores > Online stores > Chat enabled sales > click View pages.
There are several standard chat enabled sales pages available by default, for example, About company, Contacts, etc. Click the New page button to add a new webpage.
Select a template. You can use the Empty template to configure all the blocks from scratch.
Then click Create page.
Customize your new page: add blocks, change their design, etc.
After you publish the page, it will become available in the list of the chat enabled sales pages. Click the Start selling button in the chat window > Chat enabled sales pages > select the page and send it to a client in a chat.
Otherwise, you can add your own chat enabled sales webpages when having a conversation with a client. Click the Start selling button in the chat window > Chat enabled sales pages > add a page.
It is possible to add a new page created with Bitrix24 Sites or with any other website builder.
Bitrix24 Sites page
For example, you are planning an event or want to hold a sale. To inform your clients about it, you've created a webpage with Bitrix24 Sites. To add it to your chat enabled sales online store, click add a new page > Bitrix24 Sites page.
Select a website and a webpage.
This page becomes available in the list of the chat enabled sales pages. Now you can send it to a client in a chat.
