CRM.Payment is a tool for accepting payment in the deal form. It allows you to accept payment via special systems connected to Bitrix24.

How CRM.Payment works
Follow these steps to accept payment in CRM:

Open a deal form and click Receive payment.

Select the service that will be used for sending SMS messages with a link to your client.
To use SMS messages for the CRM.Payment option, you should first set up an integration with the messaging service. You can set up the built-in Twilio integration or look for a solution in our Market. -
Provide your contact information. It will be shown on the checkout page, and your clients can contact you in case of any questions.

Add the product and specify a discount.

Connect payment systems to Bitrix24.

Decide whether you want to change the deal stage after the payment is done.

Finally, click Send, and the client will get an SMS message with a link to the payment page. After the payment is processed, it will be displayed in the deal timeline.
