Accept payment in the deal form

CRM.Payment is a tool for accepting payment in the deal form. It allows you to accept payment via special systems connected to Bitrix24.

Delivery service isn't currently available in all locations. We are working on adding it to all Bitrix24 accounts soon. Meanwhile, you can recommend a delivery service, and we will consider making an integration.

Advantages of CRM.Payment

  • Simplicity

All you need to do is to send an SMS message to a customer. The customer follows the link and pays for the order.

  • Speed

It takes your manager a couple of minutes to generate an order link, send it to a customer, and accept the order payment. Every step is saved to the deal timeline.

  • Customer loyalty

Even if the offline store is closed, you can still chat with a customer. The customer values your availability and effort and becomes loyal.

How CRM.Payment works

Follow these steps to accept payment in CRM:

  1. Open a deal form and click Receive payment.

What to do if there is no Receive payment button

You won't see the Receive payment button in a deal if it has been hidden by any chance. Click the gear button on the right of the field and select Show Accept Payment button.

  2. Select the service that will be used for sending SMS messages with a link to your client.

To use SMS messages for the CRM.Payment option, you should first set up an integration with the messaging service. You can set up the built-in Twilio integration or look for a solution in our Market.
  3. Provide your contact information. It will be shown on the checkout page, and your clients can contact you in case of any questions.

  4. Add the product and specify a discount.

  5. Connect payment systems to Bitrix24.

  6. Decide whether you want to change the deal stage after the payment is done.

  7. Finally, click Send, and the client will get an SMS message with a link to the payment page. After the payment is processed, it will be displayed in the deal timeline.
