Add calendar open slots to email

Calendar slots lets you create a link to your schedule with available meeting times. Send this link to external users so they can book a convenient time.

Open slots in Bitrix24 calendar

You can automatically add a link to your available time slots when you send emails. This makes it easier to schedule meetings with clients, partners, and counterparties.

To use slots in emails, configure access to slots in the Calendar section.


Create and send a schedule link

To add a calendar link to an email:

  1. Open the email form.
  2. Click Time slots.

The recipient can open the link and choose an available meeting time.

Recipients cannot see:

  • Meeting names
  • Participant names
  • Other event details

Disable calendar access for external users

  1. Go to the Calendar section.
  2. Disable the Open slots option.

If you enable this option again later, Bitrix24 creates a new link automatically. Previous links stop working.

  • Slots are available time periods in your calendar for meetings and appointments.

  • You can send a link to your available slots by email.

  • Recipients can choose a convenient meeting time from the available slots.
