Calendar slots is a tool that creates a link to a schedule and shows free slots in it. The link can be sent to any external user to book an appointment time.
Open slots in Bitrix24 calendar
It is now possible to automatically create and add a link to free slots to an email when communicating by mail. You can send this link to a counterparty, a client or a partner to simplify appointment scheduling.
Create and send a link to the schedule
To add the link with calendar slots to the email, click the Time slots button.
The recipient will be able to follow the link and book a convenient time for the meeting. The names of your meetings and the participants are not available for viewing.
Deny access to the calendar to an external user
Go to the Calendar section and disable the Open slots option. If you enable it again, a new link will be created and the previous links will no longer be valid.
