In Bitrix24, documents include invoices, estimates, and contracts created from templates. The CRM includes built-in templates, and you can also upload custom ones. When you create a document, Bitrix24 automatically fills in data from the related CRM record.
Customize document templates in CRM
To create a document:
- Open a deal or another CRM record.
- Tap the + button.
- Select Create document.
Next, choose a template. Bitrix24 will generate the document automatically.
Review the document before sending or printing it. To update any information, tap the pencil icon, edit the fields, and save your changes.
You can:
- Download the document in PDF or DOCX format
- Print the document
- Set the number of printed copies
- Add a signature or company stamp
- Generate a QR code for invoices
You can also share documents directly from your smartphone using available apps or send them by SMS or email. Available sharing options are highlighted in the list.
