Set up Instagram in Bitrix24

1. Go to CRM > Analytics > Sales Intelligence.
2. Select Instagram.
3. Sign in to your account.
4. Enter a source name.
5. Add a UTM code.

Then set up swapping on your website.
Swap email addresses or phone numbers on the website

Update your Instagram profile

1. Open your Instagram account.
2. Click Edit profile.
3. Add your email, phone number, and other details in the bio.

To add a website link with a UTM code:

1. Open the Instagram mobile app.
2. Tap Edit profile > Links.
3. Select Add external link.
4. Paste your website URL with the UTM code.
5. Tap Done.

After you update your profile, it will work with Sales Intelligence.
