Log in to your Bitrix24 account using email, phone number or social networks

There are several ways to log in to your account.

Change email/ phone number to log in to your Bitrix24 account:

  1. First of all, you need to open your Network page. Click on the profile widget and select My Network page.
  2. Click Change next to the email or the phone number field.
  3. Fill in the form in the widget. Specify a new phone number or a new email address.

Why do I get the "A user with this email already exists" error?

This error indicates that another Bitrix24 Network profile with the same email address already exists.

Use another email or disconnect this one from another account. Here is how:

  1. Log in to another Bitrix24 Network profile with the desired email address.

  2. Change the email there to one not previously used in Bitrix24.

  3. Log in to your main Bitrix24 Network profile and update the email address to the desired one.

If you change the phone number, you will receive a confirmation SMS. Enter it in the special field to confirm the change.

If you change the email address (login), you will receive a confirmation email. Follow the link from it to confirm the change.


Log in to your Bitrix24 account using social networks:

If you cannot change a phone number or an email, you can log in using social networks: Facebook, Google, Apple Sign In, Office365, LiveID, and Twitter.

  1. Click Connect social media and select any from the list.
  2. Choose an account you want to link, go through two-factor authentication and confirm your account.
  3. Connected social network will appear in the list.

Next time you can select the connected social network for authorization.
