Test your telephony connection quality

Make sure you can make and receive calls in your browser. Run a call quality test in your telephony settings.

Important

Connect your headphones before you start the test. You won’t hear the test audio without headphones or speakers. You also need a microphone to complete the test.

Ad blockers or antivirus software may block calls. Add your Bitrix24 account address and the test page to the exception list.


Take the test

To check your connection quality, open:
https://echo.voximplant.com/iframe.html
Then click Get started.

The test checks:

  • Browser version
  • SDK load
  • Media access
  • Authorization
  • Test call
  • Connection quality (audio clarity and packet loss)

When the test finishes, you’ll see the results. If there’s an issue, the page will show how to fix it.

If everything is working, the test will pass successfully.


Allow microphone access in your browser

A common issue is a missing or blocked microphone.

Browsers usually ask for microphone access in a pop-up. If you don’t see it and the test says no microphone is found, allow access in your browser settings.

Apple Safari

Right-click the address bar and select Settings for this site.

Set Microphone to Allow or Ask.

Allow

Reload the test page.

Google Chrome

Click the lock icon > set Microphone to Allow.

Or click the microphone icon in the address bar > allow https://echo.voximplant.com to access your microphone > click Done.

Reload the page.

Mozilla Firefox

Click the crossed-out microphone icon in the address bar.

Remove the restriction in Permissions.

Reload the page and click Allow in the pop-up.

Opera

Click the crossed-out microphone icon in the address bar.

Click Clear this setting and reload.

Then click Allow in the pop-up.

Vivaldi

Click the crossed-out microphone icon > Change.

In the site settings window, click Delete next to the website.

Reload the page and click Allow.

Microsoft Edge (Chromium)

Click the lock icon > set Microphone to Allow.

Or click the crossed-out microphone icon > allow https://echo.voximplant.com to access your microphone > click Done.

Reload the page.

You can use the same steps for your Bitrix24 account address.
