You can purchase Bitrix24 subscriptions in USD, EUR and several other currencies. The billing currency depends on the domain zone you originally create your Bitrix24 Cloud account in: 

Commercial subscriptions (Plus, Standard, Professional and SIP-Connector)

Telephony credits can be purchased only in USD or EUR:

To change your billing currency, you'll need to migrate your Cloud account to the corresponding domain zone. For example, to place your orders in EUR, you'd have to migrate your account to .EU domain zone: yourcompany.bitrix24.com --> yourcompany.bitrix24.eu

To migrate your Cloud account to another domain zone, please send your request via Bitrix24 HelpDesk.
