This article explains how to buy a Bitrix24 cloud subscription with a credit card, debit card, or PayPal.

Choose a subscription plan

You can select a plan on the pricing page or sign in to your Bitrix24 account as the account owner.

1. Open the Buy now section.
2. Click Buy a plan.

If you already use a commercial plan, you can switch to a different one:

1. Open the My plan section.
2. Click Upgrade.

Enter billing information

Fill in your billing details. In some countries, you must enter a valid local tax ID. Make sure the ZIP code matches the selected state and address information.

Choose a payment method

Select a payment method and enter the payment details. Before you complete the purchase, check that the subscription plan, billing period, and total price are correct.

After you confirm the payment, Bitrix24 automatically activates the selected subscription plan.
