If your Bitrix24 Cloud subscription cannot be renewed (for example, due to an expired card, updated payment details, or a pending bank transfer), your account enters a 15-day grace period.
During this time:
- Your Bitrix24 account remains fully active.
- Your subscription does not revert to the Free plan.
- You can update payment details and renew your subscription without losing access.
The grace period starts automatically when your commercial subscription expires.
