View email headers (RFC headers)


Bitrix24 Support may request email message headers (RFC headers) to solve certain problems.

In this article, I'll show you where can you find these headers in different email services and clients.

Open the message > click More button > Show original.

Open the message > click More button > Show raw message.

Open the message > click More > View Message Source. (

Open the message > click Actions > View message source.

MS Outlook 2010

Open the message > click File > Info > Properties.

Mozilla Thunderbird

Select the message > click More > View Source.
