Expense Report

First launch and configuration

When the workflow template is being launched the first time - the system will ask the administrator to configure the workflow parameters:

This process sends an expense report for an approval using the Company Structure's hierarchy. When the approval reaches a designated "Final Approver", it is completed.

Access configuration: Bitrix24 administrators can configure which workflows will be shown in Feed and set access permissions for Bitrix24 employees inside workflows “Settings”:

Please note that you can customize the report as you like inside the report's settings page - use settings, titles and workflow fields for that.

After the workflow parameters are set, your Bitrix24 employees can start using the workflow template.

How to use Expense report

You will need to fill the following required fields: expense title and amount, you can also add description and attach file:

As soon as you've sent the report, it's status updates will be shown in your Feed:

The employee involved in process approval will receive your expense report approval request immediately:

Please note that all requests initiated by you can be found in My Workspace>My requests:

Notifications of the report's progress are sent out at various stages. Finally you will see that your expense report is approved and has "reimbursement provided" status:
