Expense Report

First launch and configuration

When the workflow template is being launched the first time, the system will ask the administrator to configure the workflow parameters.

This process sends an expense report for an approval using the Company Structure's hierarchy. When the approval reaches a designated Final Approver, it is completed.

Bitrix24 administrators can customize the report and configure access permissions to it for Bitrix24 employees by changing this workflow preferences.

After the workflow parameters are set, your Bitrix24 employees can start using the workflow template.


How to use Expense report

You will need to fill the following required fields: Title and Amount, you can also add description and attach file.

As soon as you've sent the report, it's status updates will be shown in your Feed.

The employees involved in process approval will receive your expense report approval request immediately.

Note that all requests initiated by you can be found in Automation > My workflows section.

Notifications of the report's progress are sent out at various stages. Finally, you will see that your expense report is approved and has Reimbursement provided status.

Bitrix24 administrator can edit the workflow parameters later by clicking the gear button > Set workflow parameters.

Click Change to select another employee as approver or accountant.
