If you open CRM > Settings > CRM settings and can access only Email section, that means that you don't have access permissions to configure CRM settings. Contact your Bitrix24 account administrator to request access to them.
By default, only Bitrix24 account administrators can configure CRM settings. They can assign admin permissions to any user in a few clicks:
- open a user's profile,
- click Actions next to the user's photo,
- select Assign admin permissions in the drop-down menu.
Alternatively, you can activate the User can edit settings to grant access to the CRM settings section to a user.
Click CRM > Settings > Access Permissions > CRM > select a role > click the pencil button to edit it.
Enable the User can edit settings option > click Save > assign this role to a user > click Save.
After that, the user will get access to the CRM settings section.
