Virtual presence indicator is a tool that helps supervisors to track how many employees are online and have clocked in or clocked out today.
You can find this tool at the top right corner of your Feed.
The number of employees online is displayed in the circle.
Extranet users are not displayed in the virtual presence indicator.
Click the Clocked in button to view employees who have clocked in.
Click the Clocked out button to view employees who have already clocked out.
Widget with a number of users online is available to any plan subscribers.
