Any business process can be autorun when added. Just enable this option when configuring business process template parameters.
Open the CRM section, click Settings - CRM settings, select Automation tab - Business Processes.
Click Add template and select the Autorun: when added option.
Please note that there are several limitations on the business process autorun when new CRM records (leads, contacts, companies, deals) are added.
"Autorun when added" option will work if a lead is created:
- via Webmail
- automatically when there is an incoming call (if the corresponding option is enabled in the telephony settings)
- via CRM form
- via REST API or using Marketplace apps
- If the contact or company was created from a deal/lead form
"Autorun when added" option won't work if a lead:
- has been imported
- has been created or edited using another business process
These limitations are also applied to other CRM elements - contacts, companies, deals.
