Any business process can be autorun when added. Just enable this option when configuring business process template parameters:
Business processes are available to Standard and Professional plan subscribers.
Please note that there are several limitations on the business process autorun when new CRM records (leads, contacts, companies, deals) are added.
"Autorun when added" option will work if a lead is created:
- manually
- via Webmail
- automatically when there is an incoming call (if the corresponding option is enabled in the telephony settings)
- via CRM web form
- via REST API or using Marketplace apps
"Autorun when added" option won't work if a lead:
- has been imported
- has been created or edited using another business process
- has already been converted to a contact/company
These limitations are also applied to other CRM elements - contacts, companies, deals.
