Connect an existing Bitrix24 account to the branch network

You can connect any Bitrix24 account to the branch network.

Only the administrator of Bitrix24 with the Enterprise plan can connect an existing Bitrix24 to the branch network, if he/she is also the administrator of the connected Bitrix24.

If you connect Bitrix24 with a free plan, it will be transferred to the trial mode for 15 days. During the trial period, you need to update the branch plan to a commercial one.

If you do not update the branch plan to a commercial one, Bitrix24 account will be blocked. To unlock it, you need to either disconnect it from the branch network or update the branch plan to a commercial one.

In the Bitrix24 Settings widget, click Branch network.

Then click on the Connect or create a branch button.

A panel will slide on the right. To connect an existing Bitrix24, click Connect.

Select an account linked to your Bitrix24 Network profile and click Connect next to it.

Bitrix24 account will be immediately connected to the branch network of your company.

You can find the list of connected branches in the widget.
