Place an order on the website

This article explains how customers place orders on your website.

Customers select a product, choose the quantity, and click Buy.

If a product is out of stock or has no price, the Buy button does not appear.

Customers can also compare products before they make a purchase. To do this, click Compare.

Enable product comparison

To allow customers to compare products:

  1. Open Catalog Settings.
  2. Enable the Product comparison option.

After customers select two or more products, they can click Compare products to view the comparison page.

Customers can also remove products from the comparison list.

Selected products are added to the shopping cart. Customers can then click Checkout.

First, customers review the price and can apply a coupon code for a discount.

Next, customers select the payer type. This determines which fields appear in the customer information section.

Customers then select a delivery method.

Finally, customers enter their contact information and delivery address, then click Checkout.


Track the order status

Customers can track their orders in the Current orders section. To open this section, click the personal account link after completing the order.
