Repeat leads and deals

Working with repeat sales in Bitrix24 is easy! CRM recognizes the customer, creates a new lead or deal with a repeat mark and automatically adds all the necessary information to it.

When a regular customer contacts you to make another purchase, Bitrix24 creates a new lead or deal which is marked as repeat.

Any lead with a link to the existing contact or company is determined as a repeat sale.

Repeat leads are created for all completed leads. It doesn't matter whether a lead has been completed successfully or it's a junk lead. You can add a specific contact to the list of exceptions, and repeat leads won't be created for it. Read more in the article - Exceptions.

If you have converted repeat leads to deals, but none of these deals have been won, all these deals will be treated as repeat inquiries.

When a client has bought something from you, you successfully close the deal. All the client's future deals will be marked as repeat deals.

If you use Simple CRM mode (without leads), repeat deals will be created instead of repeat leads. Read more in the article - CRM modes.

How to find repeat deals and leads

In the Deal filter, there are New deal, Repeat deal, and Repeat inquiry fields. In the Lead filter, you can add the Repeat lead field. Use them to find the entities you want.

You can also use automation rules that will only work for repeat deals or leads. Specify the condition: Repeat deal - equal to - Yes.

You can also select repeat leads and inquiries in conditions.

Automation rules can be used to move repeat deals to other stages, run business processes, and so on.


How to disable repeat leads creation

If you want to work with regular customers without creating repeat leads, you should disable the repeat sales mode in the CRM settings. Go to CRM > Settings > CRM Settings > Other > Other settings > untick the Enable repeat sales mode option.

Now, Bitrix24 will save the communication history of a customer without creating a new lead. All the activities will be added to the contact or company form.

You can also activate the Enable legacy lead creation mode option. Thus, the repeat leads won't be created. If you have converted the initial lead to the contact or company, the communication history will be saved to the contact or company form. If the initial lead is junk, new activities will be added to the junk lead form.

Repeat deals, unlike repeat leads, cannot be disabled.
