CRM modes

There are two ways to work with Bitrix24 CRM:

  • Simple CRM (without leads)
  • Classic CRM (with leads)

Classic CRM mode

The Classic CRM mode is recommended for large and medium-sized businesses. In this mode, Bitrix24 CRM adds all the potential clients as leads.

After a leadLead is a CRM object containing information (phone number, email, website) of a person or company who has the potential to become a customer – that is, to complete a deal. appears in CRM, you can continue to communicate with your potential client and create new CRM entities on its base. This process is called lead conversion. Convert leads to contacts, companies, or deals. Then keep on working with clients and getting more information about them. Once you convert leads to deals, you can track the amount of the sale, accept the payment, calculate profit, etc.

Use this mode to manage leads in your mobile CRM as well.

Simple CRM mode

The Simple CRM mode is available on all Bitrix24 plans.

Working in Classic CRM mode requires a lot of resources and time. For small companies, we've created the Simple CRM mode without leads.

In Simple CRM mode, all inbound emails, calls, requests, and chats immediately become deals and/or contacts.

Use this mode to manage deals and customers in your mobile CRM as well.
