CRM implementation steps

Bitrix24 CRM is a powerful tool, but it requires proper setup to work well. Every business has different goals. A small family business and a large company will use CRM differently. The implementation process helps you adjust Bitrix24 to fit your needs.

Follow these steps to get started.


Configure CRM for your business

Email templates
Go to CRM > Settings > CRM Settings > Email > Email Templates.
Create templates for common emails. For example, greetings or signatures.
You can also insert dynamic data like customer name, company name, or deal amount.

Add your company information. New invoices and documents will include this data automatically.

After setup, start adding your data.

If you already have customers and deals, use the import tool to bring them into Bitrix24.
