Automated solutions: automate work of company departments

SPA (Smart Process Automation) allows you to configure any work scenario. Create new CRM entities with custom fields, kanban stages, access permissions, and more.

You can also use SPA to automate the work of any department, such as HR or accounting. Create a single workspace and configure the settings and tools for it.

To access your SPAs outside CRM, use them in the Automated solutions section.

How it works

Automated solutions are gathered in a separate section, not linked to CRM. Each solution can include one or more SPAs with their own forms, funnels, kanban stages, and automation rules.

Go to Automation > Automated solutions > Automated solutions.

You can create an automated solution for any department. Configure access permissions to the employees who work with the processes. For example, automate various HR processes like recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and offboarding.

Automated solutions can be linked to each other using automation rules. For example, the HR department can automatically create requests to the IT department.


Create an automated solution

There are four basic steps to follow:

  1. Create an automated solution
  2. Link SPA to the solution
  3. Configure item forms and kanban stages
  4. Give access permissions

Create an automated solution. Click Create above the list, name it, and save.

Link SPA to the solution. Open the SPA tab in the automated solution settings. Create a new SPA or migrate one from CRM or other solutions.

Configure item forms and kanban stages. Add fields to a SPA item form. For example, you can create a candidate form for HR.

Create kanban stages for each SPA and move items through them.
Configure automated solutions

Give access permissions. Set permissions for employees who will work with SPA.
