Access permissions in Marketing

Configure access permissions to different Marketing sections.

Check if access permissions in Marketing are available on your plan.
Bitrix24 pricing page

Steps to set permissions

  1. Go to Marketing > More > Access permissions.

  2. Select a pipeline to set permissions for, or apply the same permissions to all pipelines.

  3. Access permissions are based on roles. By default, there are three roles: administrator, supervisor, and manager. If the default roles do not suit your needs, create your own custom ones.

  4. Assign roles to employees or departments by clicking + and selecting users.

  5. Then assign access rights for each role using toggle switches.

Account administrators have full access to all sections and can edit segments and configure access permissions.

Sections to set permissions

  • Campaigns: Control who can create, run, pause, and view campaigns of various types.

  • Ads: Manage who can create ads on Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and Lookalike ads.

  • Segments: Grant access to clients, leads, and addresses.

  • Sales Boost: Manage who can create repeat leads and deals using Sales Boost.

  • Templates: Set who can view and edit templates.

  • Blacklist: Decide who can add contacts to the blacklist.

  • Start: Limit access to view the start page.

  • Settings: Manage who can edit settings, including access permissions.

In brief

  • To select users to work with Marketing tools, set up access permissions.

  • There are three default roles. If they do not suit your needs, create your own.

  • Assign default or custom roles to employees and set permissions for various Marketing sections like campaigns, ads, and segments.

  • Note that administrators have full access and can configure permissions.
