The desktop app allows you to use Bitrix24 tools and chat with colleagues in a separate window. Download and install the app to get started.

Log in with your account address
When you first open the desktop app, the login page appears automatically. Enter your login details:
- Bitrix24 address: Type your account address, e.g.,
test1234.bitrix24.com. If you don't know it, ask your account administrator. - Phone, email or login: Enter the phone number or email you used to register. Usually, your login is your contact email, but it can differ. For example, the login in the Bitrix24 On-premise version is a username. If you forget your username, contact your account administrator.
- Password: Enter your account password.
After filling in the fields, click Log in.
Log in with QR code
For this method, you should be logged in to the Bitrix24 mobile app.
Click the QR login button, enter your Bitrix24 address, and scan the QR code with your smartphone.

Log in via Bitrix24 Network profile
Click Sign in using login and password to sign in to your Bitrix24 Network profileBitrix24 Network profile is a user profile that displays all the accounts where the user is registered.

Log in with Single Sign-on
Click Log in with Single Sign-on, then enter your corporate email and password.
If needed, you can manage multiple Bitrix24 accounts in the desktop app. Add accounts, switch between them, and receive messages and notifications.
