In Bitrix24, you can email customers directly from their CRM item forms. The recipient is chosen based on the CRM item where you create the email. For example, in a deal form, the recipient can be the contact linked to that deal.
The address you last emailed will always appear first in the recipient list.

Select a recipient in a lead
From a lead form, you can send an email to the addresses from the lead field or its linked contact and company.
Lead email. If a lead form has an email address in the Email field, it will automatically be set as the recipient. If there are multiple addresses listed, you can choose which one to send the email to.
If a lead form doesn't have any emails and no contact or company is linked, you can't send an email. An error will appear in the email creation window.
Contact and company emails. If a contact and company are linked to a lead, you can choose one of their emails as the recipient.
If a lead has a contact linked to a company, you can only send the email to the contact's email address.

Contact. If a contact form has an email address in the Email field, it will automatically be set as the recipient. If there are multiple addresses listed, you can choose which one to send the email to.
If a contact is linked to a company and both forms have emails, you can send the email to either address.
Company. If a company form has an email address in the Email field, it will automatically be set as the recipient. If there are multiple addresses listed, you can choose which one to send the email to.
If a contact is linked to a company and both have email addresses, you can choose to send an email to either one.
Select a recipient in a deal, invoice, estimate, and SPA item
To send an email from a deal, invoice, estimate, or SPA item form, you need to link a contact or company to it.
Here's how to select an email recipient in a deal.
If both a contact and a company are linked to a deal, choose one of their emails as the recipient.
If a deal has a contact linked to a company, only the contact's email will be available as the recipient.
If a deal form doesn't have a linked contact or company with an email, you can't send an email. An error will appear in the email creation window.
Who can send emails from the CRM item form
To send emails from a CRM item form, you need permission to modify it and view linked contacts and companies.
If you don't have access to a contact or company, they will appear as Hidden contact or Hidden company, and you won't be able to email them.
Bitrix24 administrators or employees allowed to change CRM settings can configure CRM access permissions.
