Remove "Sent by Bitrix24" from outgoing emails

This feature is available only on commercial plans.

To remove the "Sent from Bitrix24" signature line from your emails:

  1. Go to the CRM section.
  2. Click Settings.
  3. Select CRM settings.
  4. Open the Other tab.
  5. Click Other Settings.
  6. Open the Activity tab.
  7. In the Outgoing email parameters section, disable the Add "Sent by Bitrix24" to signature option.
  8. Click Apply to save changes.
