Invite clients, contractors, or partners to a Bitrix24 chat when you need to discuss work with them. Messages and files stay in one place. Guests can join the chat without registering in Bitrix24.
Guests can send text, audio, and video messages, as well as files. They only have access to the chat they were invited to. When the discussion ends, you can keep or remove their access.

You can invite a guest in three ways:
By link. Click Copy link and send the link to the guest. They can open it and join the chat right away. They do not need to register or install an app.
By email. Enter the guest's email address in the Enter guest email or phone number field and click Add. The guest receives an email with a link to the chat.
By SMS. This option is available only in the cloud version of Bitrix24. Enter the guest's phone number and click Add. The guest receives an SMS with a link to the chat.
In Messenger, open the chat and tap the chat name in the header to open the sidebar. From there, copy the invitation link or invite a guest by SMS, email, or QR code.
Copy the invitation link. In the chat sidebar, tap Chat invite link and select Guest link. The link is copied to your clipboard. Send it to the guest using any app.

When guests open the invitation link, they can join the chat without registering in Bitrix24 or installing an app. Before joining, they can enter a name or skip this step.
Guests can access only this chat and nothing else in your Bitrix24. The chat header shows how many guests have joined. Guests can send messages in the group chat and message chat members directly. They can only see messages sent after they join the chat.
A guest can leave the chat when the discussion ends:
- Open the sidebar.
- Click More (...) in the top-right corner.
- Click Leave.
Remove guest access from a chat
You can remove guests when they no longer need access, for example, after the discussion ends.
